My passion is proactive mental health and working with people with chronic mental health conditions to achieve greater wellbeing. I achieved First Class Honours in 2021 for my studies investigating the use of a positive psychology program for severe mental illness. I am now expanding my skills working in private practice with all ages! My experience includes mental health, therapy, training, hospitality, insurance, management, innovation, and continuous improvement. Coupled with tertiary qualifications in Psychological Science and Mental Health, I offer an fantastic combination of skills and expertise.
