Responsible to maintain the communications and share point site for the membership in our Virtual Chapter. The Wells Team Member Network structure is still in progress as we switch from the Wachvia Employee Resource Network structure of one group overall instead of one group with geographic chapters. The Virtual Chapter for all regions that are unable to meet the threshold for their own chapter. Currently it is the largest chapter and recently absorbed the CA and NC Chapters so still in setup mode and beginning stages for meetings.

Work as the application liasion between the Lines of Businesses, support helpdesk and other support personnel teams and various system technical contacts in development and support of applications in use at Wells Fargo.Strong knowledge on password management, security and other risk management technology in the support of related IT applications at Wells Fargo. Partner and establish relationships with vendors, HR, Project Management, Access Management, Platform Development and Networking Engineering teams, Desktop and end-user support teams/help desks to better serve our LOB employees, vendor, and International and other non-employee team member relationships.Involved in many initiatives to provide tools to the support teams that will enable them to provide high quality support of applications and processes in use by providing solutions that reduce call time, provide first time resolution to issues and reduce the need to escalate to other teams, with an emphasis on creating a better customer experience for the end user.
