CB&I Document Controls Specialist II for the Proposal Development Department providing proposal documentation support for Federal proposals. Work closely with Proposal Managers, Proposal Coordinators, Graphic Designers to produce high quality proposals using MS Word single and double column format. Worked with coworker to help create templates in MS Word also prepare MS Word documents for conversion into InDesign. Additional duties include closeout and cleanup of files for archiving project descriptions, resumes, and boilerplate materials to ensure materials are uploaded to the appropriate databases.
