I am currently a security consultant for EZ-A Consulting in BelAir, MD. I have 25 years experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO). I have 3 years direct experience with Classified Special Access Program (SAP). I have 6 years experience with Special Security Agreements (SSA) for foriegn - owned companies.As a Facility Security Officer, I would administer Department of Defense (DOD) security policies and procedures as related to the National Industrial Security Procedures Operating Manual (NISPOM). I would be responsible for personnel security, facility security, access control, visitor control and all security education and training, as well as oversight for other designated locations, existing and future, as required. I have also worked with corporate managers as an advisor to their Security team to help implement and administer standard operating procedures in accordance with the corporate policies and procedures related to their Special Security Agreement. I am DOD, OPSEC, IA, JPAS, and DCID 6/9 and 6/3 certified.
