Originally hired as an Assistant Planner, Ms. Hoffmann's role and responsibilities at Nolte Associates, Inc steadily expanded over her 22 years of employment. Eventually promoted into the position of Managing Director for the Fort Collins, Colorado office, Ms. Hoffmann also served as a Principal for the firm and as a company-wide discipline leader in Sustainable Design. Nolte provided civil engineering, planning, surveying, and program management services to private and public sector clients. When Ms. Hoffmann left the firm in 2008, Nolte included 17 offices and employed approximately 500 professionals. She was one of 12 Principals for the firm.
