My career with at&t has provided me ample experience compiling information, completing data entry, processing and filing reports, receiving guests and calls, transmitting data and maintaining files. I spent 7 years as a directory assistance operator, 3 more as an attendance clerk and 3 more as the administrative assistant to an assistant vice president which I believe will be beneficial for answering phones and processing customer requests and inquiries. The last 7 years I have handled financial records including account balance reconciliation and financial analysis. I managed FMLA requests and completed timesheet calculations as a technical associate and senior accountant for at&t, so I am familiar with interpreting and applying policies and procedures. I am courteous and tactful, follow direction well, and I have always maintained cooperative working relationships.
