Currently Treasurer & President-Elect for Rotary Club of Pacifica; Treasurer for Pacifica Library Foundation and Pacific Coast Fog Fest; Program Director for Pacifica Historical Society, and volunteer Records Clerk at Pacifica Police Department

Prepared purchase orders and invoices, assigned budget account numbers to programs, maintained multiple 'mini-grants' for schools (now only done by their parent organizations), could back up any position in the business office, visited school for on-site training for the secretaries when requested, handled all account receivables, did budget revisions.

In addition to backing up as a checker now and then as needed, worked full time as the 'head booth girl', aka office manager; wrote the work schedule for 6 office employees, trained the five others, prepared the books daily and weekly for submission to the district office; could write product orders, stock shelves, work produce - whatever was needed in the store.
