A variety of skills have been acquired including Secretary to VP's and Management, Accounting, Telephone and Customer Service, Shorthand, Computer, Adding Machines, Copiers, Switchboards and medical office skillls. Currently working in the accounting department of a mental health office with duties that include accounting, Notary Public services, customer service, telephone, front desk and financials with client. In the past I have assisted with written department reports and spreadsheets, correspondence (formal and informal), setting up file systems for individuals and departments, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and international wire transfers.
