Process customer transactions in a quick and efficient manner, and responsible for resolving issues pertaining to customer returns or inquiries.

I reviewed information submitted by plan participants for accuracy, and then processed flex benefit claims and payments via check or ach. I was also responsible for reconciling clients' payroll accounts and for the reconciliation of the Flex Benefit Department's bank accounts. In addition, i provided customer service, answering and routing calls for the Flex Benefit Call Center.

I gathered, entered and processed information from clients' brokerage accounts, utilizing Advent Software, to generate client wealth reports, including charts and graphs in Microsoft Excel. I reconciled client's assets on a periodic basis and generated reports in excel to determine what assets needed to be rebalanced based on a client's risk tolerance. I compiled statistical data pertaining to mutual fund investment returns. In addition, I prepared letters of recommendation to clients. I reconciled account information to facilitate preparation of trust accounting reports for Defined Benefit Pension and Profit Sharing Plans at plan year end.
