Linda L. Klausing is the firm’s director of legal project management. Ms. Klausing has co-developed the firms patent pending legal project management system for delivering legal services on major projects for the firm. Ms. Klausing is a key member of the team that is taking the firms LPM system to the next generation of a web-based fully transparent system that will improve attorney and client interaction and communication. One of her primary focus areas is creating customized project tools and templates in areas of mergers & acquisitions, commercial litigation, intellectual property/patent prosecution, patent litigation, real estate foreclosures, real estate title management, assumption reinsurance and in other corporate practice areas. Ms. Klausing also coordinates the firm’s project management training and organizes educational programs for the firm’s clients on the MMM Legal Project Management System.
