Responsible for the technical design, architecture and development of GDS interfaces.

Project Managed the delivery of Sabre GDS system integration of customer conversion projects from planning to delivery. Ensured successful integration and configuration of interfaces with the Sabre GDS that included Mid/Back Office, Corporate Booking Engines as GetThere, Concur Technologies, Deem, Trams, TravCom and Sabre Central Command. Translated customer needs and requirements into detailed functional requirement documents, user stories and acceptance testing for custom developed products using Qik Developer and Sabre Scribe technologies. Provided subject matter expertise to internal and external customers related to the implementation and maintenance of Sabre Web Services. Utilized SOAP, REST to assist customers with API development and issue resolution as required.

Coordinated closely with Sales and Account Management Team to present study results in an applied consultative sales techniques. Provided specialized product support to strategic Sabre customers: Cruise Lines and Leisure Suppliers.Developed and programmed custom Sabre Scribe Scrips for large conversions.

Responsible for the holistic account management of Cruise and Tour Supplier customers. Developed and maintained a strategic business relationship with 22 premier accounts. Ensured all contractual obligations and performance requirements were maintained.

Provided high level holistic and dedicated account management for Cruise Lines, Tour Operators and Air Travel Consolidators. Negotiated contract renewals of acquisition and distribution of leisure supplier content via Sabre. Consulted on custom Sabre development of automation technologies: Sabre Automated Air Link, Info Command, SIPS, Qik Developer Crew Scheduler, Qik Developer emergency re-book application.

Managed the largest territory in the Global Division with over 300 locations. Provided account management, consulting and training to large corporate Travel Management companies.

Coordinated onsite support to Sabre subscribers on all Sabre platforms. Developed and conducted custom workshops to increase subscriber productivity.
