About Linda Lorentsen

Through more than 20 years in different HR departments, and with my education in Business Administration with Organization as my specialty, I have built a great level of experience with management sparring and strategical recruitment, which I also had used in my work as a project coordinator. I am curios to learn new things, and to keep track of the latest knowledge within EU-projects, planning and what is going on in the community, I have continuously participated in courses and educations. As a key part of my approach to projects and planning, I make sure to maintain contact with stakeholders on different levels within the organization, providing them with advises and guidance. I am ‘good with people’ and thrive in the role as corporate contact towards e.g. the municipality, collaborators and managers in our partner companies.I am a girl with a great overview, who is used to and like varying tasks every day. I put a great effort in my tasks and is very good at building confidence with both blue and white collar. All my thinking is about the business and how I can make both my own organisation and the organisation in our partner companies even better through educating and developing the employees.I work well by freedom with responsibility with constant eye for the detail and high quality of my work. Over the spring, I implemented HR-On and DatalønTid, two IT systems that make everyday life more efficient for me and my colleagues. I have subsequently developed and implemented an onboarding and offboarding program that is used by everyone in the company. I am responsible for the entire recruitment process from the need arises until the contract is signed, setting up job advertisements and the employee created in HR-On.
