Project Manager for the global implementation of an FX Order Management system, for ABN Amro. Worked with sponsors to define requirements for bespoke development and oversaw work carried out by external vendors. Managed the rollout to 400 traders & Salespeople in over 20 locations. Total project cost was in excess of 5 million Euros.Business Analyst reporting directly to the head of Equity Derivatives Front Office IT at ABN Amro. Worked with MD level stakeholders from Trading, Sales, Market Risk and Product Control. Assignments included a cleanup of duplicate versions of underlyings, the migration of new hybrid products from tactical applications to mainstream systems, re-engineering of the booking model for complex derivatives, implementation of technology and workflows which allowed Sales to generate prices for OTC and the co-ordination of multiple initiatives to improve STP and reduce volume sensitivity.

Y2K Programme Manager for Derivatives Technology (100 applications across NY and London) with direct responsibility for up to 30 staff. Ensured that all Y2K deadlines were met. Programme Manager in-house Consulting at Deutsche Bank. Set up and managed a business focused Y2K programme across 15 plus business lines in London. Managed a tactical development team of 6, supporting London based Operations teams.
