LawRight (formerly Queensland Public Interest Law Clearing House ) is an independent, not for profit, community based legal organisation coordinating the provision of pro bono legal services for individuals and community groups in Queensland. LawRight is a partnership of law firms, barristers, the Community Legal Centres Queensland, QLS ,BAQ Legal Aid Queensland, university law schools, accountancy firms and government and corporate legal units.LawRight is committed to working in a flexible and innovative way to improve access to justice for people who cannot afford to pay a private lawyer and are ineligible for legal aid, and for community groups with public interest objectives.

Obtained expertise in areas including enforcing securities, actions for damages for negligence and misleading and deceptive conduct against valuers and advising and appearing in mediations. Supervisor of Consumer Law Advice Clinic at QPILCH 2004 to 2006 which was a joint project between Clayton Utz, UQ Law School and QPILCH. and trained and assessed UQ law students who attended as a 6 mth elective, pro bono co-ordinator

Assisted General Counsel in satisfying the legal requirements of the Queensland Office of Financial Supervision (QOFS)and reviewed rules and rule changes of Building Societies, Credit Unions, Friendly Societies and Co-operative Housing Societies to ensure compliance with the Financial Institutions Code. The responsibility of QOFS was transferred to APRA in 1999.
