• Responsible for the day to day management of the Payroll staff.• Manage and guarantee bi weekly disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, benefits and taxes to 2,000 nonexempt, salaried, and executive associates consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws. • Primary corporate administrator for the Empower and POSI Time Keeping Software. • Generate an Annual Business Plan for the Payroll Department that includes: • A Service Level Agreement between the Payroll Department and the individual hotels, resorts, and food & beverages outlets. • A Department Performance Review of the previous year including successes, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.Department Smart Goals for the upcoming year that support the organizational strategy • The department Organization Chart and the Compensation Strategy • The Department Budget for the upcoming year based on the fee structure outlined in the Service Level Agreement• Responsible for federal and state legal reporting compliance including payroll tax deposits, Form 940, Form 941, Unemployment Tax Reporting and annual processing of over 3500 W2 forms.• Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, paid time off accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.) to present to Senior Leadership.• Maintain the General Ledger Balance Sheet for the Payroll Department which includes balancing the cash accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll tax liabilities, 401K contributions, café deductions, garnishments and child support each month.• Administrator for Employee Benefits plans, including 401K, Health, Dental & Life insurance, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Benefits Plans, and Voluntary/Supplementary Benefits offerings. • Oversee the annual 401K plan testing and external audit process. • Filing of annual EEOC report.

• Responsible for the daily Operations of the Accounting Office including the supervision of 4 staff members. • Oversee the Timeshare sales contracts process with the Lender for financing as well as maintaining the escrow account.• Calculation of weekly sales commissions for Payroll processing.• Processing of accounts payable.• Responsible for the General Ledger for Gold Key Resorts. Post transactions from Solomon Modules including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Record the sales contracts and the related transactions including payroll accruals.
