- Successfully launched three new 300 bar innovative product families (LISY tec®, LIPAC® duo and EVOS™ VIPR - asset value >20 Mio €) in close collaboration with pricing, communication and sales resulting in 30% increase in revenue YOY - Led cross-functional teams for digital transformation pilot EVOS™ DCi (IoT device that can transmit and store industrial gas cylinder valve data in the Cloud) and implemented a new digital service package “Total Gas Management”- Managed product portfolio and product lifecycle for packaged industrial gases- Maintained clear and open communication between internal and external stakeholders to focus on product strategy, relevance, profitability, and quality- Prepared status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Established effective project communication plans and ensured their execution. Facilitated change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget

- Solely responsible for maintaining 30+ accounts in UK and Italy grossing 2 Mio. € in revenue through an extensive network of business relationships based on ability to meet client needs, and collaborate to close profitable sales - In charge of supply chain management for large semiconductor and photovoltaic accounts in Europe- Successfully implemented and maintained effective contract management tool which led to increase in productivity and the reduction of overall risk- SAP SD Key user – responsible for release-tests and training of end-users
