Responsibilities included:- Full recruitment and selection processes- Employment contracts- Mediation and dispute resolution- Policy creation, implementation and follow up- Performance appraisals- Employee engagement tracking, implementation of improvements and strategies- Workplace culture tracking, action planning and improvement

Responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring a passionate, vibrant and energetic team of up to 70 Team Members and 6 Managers, who feel empowered and supported, whilst driving the operational and financial performance of KFC restaurants.
