Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Adverse Events Reporting Programs Support (AERPS) contract. Responsibilities included supervision and management of approximately 12 staff members including one team leader. General duties included planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and implementing plans to provide a quality control mechanism for data entered into the Oracle™ client-server application Adverse Event Reporting System (AERS). Quality control procedures included the validation of Drug/Manufacturer information, the verification of medically significant terminology, and reviewing the general accuracy of entered data. Served as the co-Quality Assurance (QA) Lead for all CMMI related matters on the AERPS contract.

Responsabilities inculded hiring, time accounting, scheduling, training, organizing meetings and work schedules, planning and coordinating daily activities and evaluating daily reports to ensure that goals and objectives were being met by all staff. Supervised 40 employees and developed standard operating procedures for the Data Entry department and wrote and implemented policies.
