I am particularly passionate about Diversity, Inclusion and Equity in the medical device arena. Diverse teams lead to cognitive elaboration-the process of sharing, challenging and expanding our thinking. Inclusive teams will allow ALL members to feel valued and have a voice regardless of tenure.
