Responsible for HRBP (Commercial) & Geo scope to build & drive MS Taiwan People Plan. Reformulate leadership effectiveness thru LTP interventions, strengthen future workforce thru diversified talent resourcing, people managers capability enhancement, and D&I cultural cultivation. Besides, continuously to optimize local HR operations is under Geo responsibility.

Being as Head of HR, I was responsible for setting Taiwan HR strategy by covering short & mid term direction to achieve strong succession, high performing and engaged organization culture. Drove change management after the massive business restructuring to re-boost employee engagement and ever achieved the highest operating profit (in 2015) among the past years in Taiwan. During Dec. '17 - Oct. '19, was expanded HR responsibility of covering Hong Kong operations (business was around 3 times bigger than Taiwan) and exposed to drive a smoother & effective labor union management which was a critical milestone for HK business.

Was in HRBP role starting from Marketing & Sales operations, to Corporate functions, and with the major responsibility to enhance leadership & team's performance under organizational redesign & deployment, talent review & succession development, and organization survey result to actions.Assumed enlarged scope under Employee Services Manager & GCA (Greater China Area) Talent Manager, had ever established GCA Employee Services Hub, coordinated GCA eRecruitment & new performance management system roll-out.

Was the 1st-ever person with HR background to strengthen leadership effectiveness, establish spot recognition program & performance management practice to maximize business performance.

Starting as a corporate recruiting & training manager, the main responsibility of the role was to design & manage all recruiting & training activities to support business strategy.In 2002, rotated to take-up Account Manager for sales function, had fully exposed to sales operations and further helped to drive people strategies, ranging from targeted campus recruitment, compensation structure redesign, performance scorecard establishment.
