• Work closely with training content owners, other scheduled offering admins and training coordinators/advisors to ensure that the training is accurately recorded in Learning system• Ensure flawless execution of training course in AP• Support the development of the AP training schedule mainly for Sales, Mktg, Supply Chain and courses• Create/update training in learning system• Work with training vendors and internal SMEs regarding training logistics• Communicate to regional managers/x-functional business teams to help drive course attendance as needed• Attend training courses as needed in order to assess, evaluate or coordinate training venue relationships• Communicate with course attendees as required• Provide overall organization for special training sessions as needed• Develop, maintain and report training KPI’s and Metrics• Work with x-functional business teams to help ensure training needs are brought forward and being addressed• Participate in x-functional business teams as needed to present training information and/or participate in training related discussions• Network outside of Chemicals, including vendors, to acquire training best practices, resources, course deployment and tools
