·Lead weekly/monthly KPI report publish·Aging PO tracker publish and escalation·Open market sourcing, price negotiation, PO management.·Close work with SGSM,SGCM to pull in critical material for resolving continuity of supply issues·Support SCS(supply chain support)/Planner to close OCB(Open Customer Backlog)to the soonest·Continuously improve supplier OTD,flexibility,responsiveness and reliability,etc·Strong support to pull in/push out/cancel requisition·Effectively utilize global buyer tool to manage the communication with suppliers·Close track PO ETD to acquire material as requested·Regularly review aging PO and take correct actionResolve RICT(Receiving Invoicing Collaboration Tool)within 45 days·Maintain accuracy of procurement database on a timely basis·Develop and administer purchasing improvemen t programs·Develop long-term relationships with senior management of strategic suppliers for materials,services and technology

• Verify rules for repair forecast of defective parts• Work with vender’s IT to make all rules can be carried out in system(Business Analysis)• Balance part usage and repair cost • Management of ROD inventory• Team representative between repair operation and part planning for repair activities

• According to KPI goal, push OEM to return part replacement within TAT.• Handle OEM daily issue. Such as, purge case, QA capture, fake part analysis, custom issue.• Handle RMA(orders of returning) request escalation from China DSP.• Optimize return process to shorten return time.• Develop good relationship with OEM.

-Facilitation for training programs-New Hire Training/Solution Selling Training/Consultative Selling Skill/Creating Customer Value/Product, Tools training/Other specific training-Post-training report-DTT(Dell Training Tool)/Saba operation and issues feedback-Administrative support for team -Translation and translation review for some training decks and materials
