I have worked within the Education sector for 5 years, placing teachers and support staff in primary and secondary schools across the Lincolnsire area. Working at a fast pace to match all candidates into schools ensuring all requirments are met. We pride ourselves as a company on tailoring each indivdual education need and creating bespoke packages for each school. Interviewing staff and constantly replenishing the candidate flow across the area. Fully REC qualified to Diploma level, which means I can really understand all the legal aspects as well as a high level of safeguarding and vetting staff to Ofsted standard.

Starting my career at Teaching Personnel as a trainee consultant working with primary schools across the lincolnshire area. Dedicating my time to get a real flavour of the education market and working for a company who offer an excellent training programme. My main objective was business development, taking an area from zero to over 100 days in 4 years and builing up excellent client and candidate relationships.
