I'm a native of Lancaster County Amish Country, who has stepped out to live a life that helps others experience all the adventure and excitement life has to offer.For over 20 years I have worked hard to help organizations grow their people and processes, through holding roles as unique as diesel mechanic, girls dorm parent, real estate assistant, video editor, bass player, and many, many more. My experience crosses many industries in not only the for profit, but the non-profit, military, and academic fields.In addition, I believe that everyone is created to be someone only they can be, and do what only they can do. My life mission is to help others discover who they are, what they are created to do, and to help them find the tools and resources to allow them to live a successful life of adventure, meaning, and purpose.
