With the change in leadership in Singapore resulting in a vacancy (July 2015-January 2016), I assumed direct operational oversight of the Singapore Center as well, including a physical relocation to Singapore for three months in the fall of 2015. In these multiple capacities, I had overall responsibility for managing day-to-day operations and implementing the vision for the Center and its affiliated locations. The Center worked closely with the Office of Academic Affairs, deans, and the faculty to develop and offer innovative international learning experiences overseas and domestically.As Interim Director, International Education, Leadership, and Innovation (07/2010 to 06/2012), I reported dually to the President and the Vice President for Academic Affairs. I had overall responsibility for managing day to day operations and implementing the vision for the Center. An essential task during this term was to recommend a long term management structure and growth plan to the President and Vice President Academic Affairs. This recommendation resulted in the reorganization of the Center and the reclassification of the Director to a Deanship. I was subsequently appointed Dean, International Programs and Partnerships in July 2012. -
