Counseled tenants in a foreclosure situation regarding their legal rights and addressed their concerns such as rent payments, security deposits, notice to quit, and unlawful detainers. Participated in developing strategies to raise awareness of tenants’ rights.

Conducted legal research for misdemeanor and felony cases, drafted minutes from Grand Jury proceedings and Serna motions, facilitated expungement process by acting as liaison between attorneys and clients and filing appropriate paperwork
