2019.03.22 – Ongoing. Assignment for AstraZeneca at Campus Södertälje, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturing units, innovative ideas are transformed into finished products, every minute! In my role as Talent Acquisition Partner, I preform the entire recruitment process (start-up, creating adverts, search, candidate selection, interviews, reference calls & offers). I help and coach managers during ongoing recruitment, ensuring an I&D mindset throughout the process. I’m also part of exciting projects both, local and global, to continuous improve the way we work and engage with candidates world wide. Eg. employer branding, candidate experience & inclusion and diversity 2018-09-01 - 2019.03.21 Headhunter within executive search. The role consists finding and attracting those candidates who are not actively seeking a job. This through solid search on social media, including LinkedIn.

In my role as HRBP/Vendor Management Specialist I was part of the MSP program at AstraZeneca, my job was to provide the customer with the right staffing at the right time and to be a consultative support to managers in the organization regarding the consultant process. My job included: Having a consultative role towards hiring managers in their resource planning and managing of contingent workers (EMR).  Manage requests - development of requirements profile, negotiation of prices, manage all dialogue with suppliers / consulting companies etc.  Receive candidate proposals from suppliers and ensure a correct matching towards the requirements profile before presentation to manager.  Responsible for EMR-introduction, follow-up and termination of consultants. Participate in follow-up meetings with the EMR-suppliers and coach them in their work to create an even better delivery towards the customer.  I worked a lot with the implementation of Fieldglass at AstraZenecas Swedish sites. Both during planning, testing and launching of the system. I hade workshops and trainings with the hiring managers. Also held workshops for contingent workers to ensure they reported their time in a correct way in Fieldglass.

The role of candidate responsible includes finding the right skills for the current requirements profile and ensuring the flow of candidates in my field. I worked independently and strategically with the entire recruitment stream from quality assurance of candidates and presentation of well-matched candidate proposals. I worked a lot towards AstraZeneca, which places high demands on their contingent workers. High competitiveness between the suppliers to ensure our contingent workers were the best presented. My work included the entire recruitment process from creating a requirment profile, doing independent searches, writing ads and making candidate selections. It included interviews with potential candidates, reference checks and finally present suitable candidates to our clients.I am used to handling different types of recruitment processes, both recruiting directly to the client and towards an MSP-function, conduct information meetings, group interviews and individual interviews.

In addition to my university studies, I started working as a cashier at IKEA Karlstad. During my time at IKEA I worked with most of the duties of the department "Customer Relations", most of which I worked as operations manager/ team lead and cashier.
