During a 4 months period of time I was resposible for time scheduling & salary administration. This was a period between managers. After my 1st maternity leave I helped out in the individual reservation which was another experience, since it's a lot of quick reservations and another way of working. Show less

This is a 5 star hotel with 260 rooms in the middle of Copenhagen. The hotel was designed by Arne Jacobsen in the 60's. I worked as a receptionist with daily routines such as check-in & check-out, rooms division, service, concierge tasks etc. As a design hotel we also had a lot of design students visiting as well as magazines taking photo shoots where we made preparations. During this time I was responsible for the training in the reception.

This was a 3-star hotel with 179 rooms connected to the French chain Accor Hotels. I worked as a receptionist with daily routines such as check-in & check-out, rooms division, service & concierge tasks. This was my first experience in Denmark where I learned the Danish language and culture as well as the Danish work environment that can be a bit different from the Swedish one. This has made me more direct and stronger as an individual in many ways.

During my education in Gothenburg I worked as a receptionist during weekends & holidays at this fantastic hotel. It's a first class hotel with 219 rooms in the centre of Malmö. I had daily routines such as check-in & check-out, rooms division, service & conciergetasks.
