She is known for her outstanding client service, skilled negotiation, and professionalism. Her knowledge of market trends and sales and rental inventory coupled with her extensive investment experience has given her clients a competitive edge. Her penchant for detail and negotiating has helped achieve record sales and amass a large satisfied client base.Linda’s entrepreneurial background has served her well in today’s fast paced New York real estate market. Over a span of 38 years, Linda has invested in unique properties and businesses in New York, Florida, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. She was one of the original investors in the nationally acclaimed Carmine’s Restaurant at 90th Street, Carmine’s Restaurant 44th Street, Virgil’s BBQ and, Fern Hall (120 acre Johnson and Johnson estate). Through the years she has purchased, improved, managed, and sold multiple properties and partnered in land development.Linda currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Marymount Manhattan College, her Alma Mater. She is a devoted “people person” and has worked tirelessly to promote the success of various charitable organizations and programs including starting a Scholarship endowment at Dowling College to help students with learning disabilities. She has served on multiple committees and/or chaired several philanthropic events for Madonna Heights, the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Long Island and the Wall Street Charity Fund.
