Reporting to Managing Director and Board.Full responsibility for the HR function for 70-110 staff in the London Office. Creating, developing and implementing HR systems and procedures and managing payroll administration. Managed company benefits liaising with our benefit providers including the administration of the company pension scheme and introduced new benefits package.Reid & 3D Architects merged in 2007. Initially, a combined total of 380 staff, over 6 offices. We formed an HR strategy group managing the merger and the HR function. Responsible for the administration processes throughout all offices on HR procedures.Conducted TUPE process with all employees. Produced new contracts together with compilation of revised benefits package. Rolled out an Induction process for new staff. Compiled policies & procedures for 3DReid Staff Handbook.2008 - Redundancy programmes commenced, advised and managed procedure in London office. Conducted interviews for redundancy consultation, notification and dismissal within legal framework. Point of contact for Office Management issues; negotiating with contractors on the effect of demolition and rebuild of adjoining buildings; Health & Safety; Disaster Planning (activated 3 times), housekeeping issues and office services equipment and supplies. Direct management of administration support team of 7 staff, including HR Assistant and developed systems and procedures for effective and efficient provision of all support services to the business.
