Together with my husband Steve, we own and run Trinity Wellness, our mind, body & environment wellness company.Working together, Trinity Wellness' aim is to help clients to become the best they can be, by working on the mind, body and the environment.Personally having worked in the Jersey Financial Services industry in excess of 35 years, the last 10 years of which was as a Trust Company Board Director, in 2015, I finally had the opportunity to pursue my over-riding passion, spanning over 40 years in health, fitness and personal development.Now days, I focus my skills and knowledge in overall personal wellness, offering bespoke fitness programs, guidance on nutrition and recommendations on safe alternatives for personal use and also for use in the environment.Most importantly, with Steve & I as a team, Trinity Wellness commits to supporting clients with their navigation of the intricacies of being human and assist with real personal transformation.Working either remotely via zoom or face to face from our private studio nestled in the sleepy countryside on the beautiful island of Jersey's north coast, we bring together the tools to equip our clients with the resilience they need in our ever changing environment
