• Hired and supervised staff of 2 with budget in 1986 of $100,000. that grew to staff of 12 with budget of $380,000. by 1994 for private, not-for-profit, United Way affiliated, family-centered counseling and resource organization founded in 1955. • Conducted successful fundraising that grew from 0% in 1986 to 10% of budget in 1993 as well as conducted a successful capital drive campaign that enabled agency move to new facility in March, 1994, obtained grants that grew from 0% in 1986 to 10% of budget in 1994, and secured diversified funding sources that supported effective programs. • Completed successful agency state certification and national accreditation, provided program development as well as workshops/training, worked effectively with Board of Trustees, Advisory Board and volunteers, developed and administered policies and procedures, and conducted daily operations including programs, finances, personnel, and quality assurance.
