Linda entered the real estate industry in 1992, after purchasing her first home at the age of 22. She is passionate and knowledgeable in Real Estate, known for her strong negotiating skills, and tenacious spirit to see even the toughest transaction to the end. Her creative sense and innovative out of the box thinking in all types of markets has demonstrated her as a leader, pioneer, and an expert in the business.After entering the Real Estate industry, Linda was quickly attracted to the Re/Max concept and was the first agent in her area to enter the innovative concept company. Thereafter, she received top producer awards with Re/Max for six consecutive years. She founded her own Real Estate Company, Realty-Pros in 2002 and at that same time managed a residential and commercial mortgage branch office. She volunteered her time to the Staten Island Board of Realtor’s professional standards committee hearing ethic violation cases for four years, then nominated and elected to serve a two-year term as Director with 2300 members at the time of her service. Linda and Realty-Pros entered the short sale market in 2006. Her pioneering since gaining her affiliation with CNYCN foreclosure prevention program in 2009, then included commercial short sales in 2010, and affiliated with Pioneer Commercial Ventures in 2012, a Multifamily Investment group.
