About Linda Cheung

Experienced board member, business advisor and executive coach, helping C-suite executives achieve change and innovation. A former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at 32 after taking a lead role in the launch of the company’s first credit card.In 2010 I co-founded Connectegrity and built the award-winning team behind social media startup CubeSocial - its successes led to Intrapreneur Nation, where I now lead intrapreneurship programmes. I believe lean startup thinking should be accessible to enterprises big and small and have advised high-growth start-ups as a SETsquared Mentor and Pitch Judge, and innovative scale-ups through Innovate UK and Oxford Innovation. At Enterprise M3 LEP, I chaired the Nominations Committee and EZ3 Enterprise Zone Steering Group. EZ3 comprised three sites, totalling 40 hectares, with new development and investment forecast to create 10,000 jobs and £115m of business rates income growth. I also provided strategic guidance for the £16m loan and equity investment fund supporting high potential SMEs. I retired as a Board Member after serving the maximum two terms, each term being 3 years. A qualified accountant, I was awarded a CIMA Fellowship for strategic successes when 30 years of age, and subsequently represented the private sector as judge for the 2010 Annual Awards.I was invited onto the inaugural Accelerate 250 by Sir Terry Leahy and Lord Young in 2013, ranked 8th on City AM’s Women in the City Powerlist at its 2015 launch, showcased in Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech in 2019, and recognised for public service at the King’s Coronation Garden Party at Buckingham Palace in 2023.
