Partnered with the Compensation Team and HR Business Partners to strategize ways to advance the organization’s compensation practices across four organizations impacting 2,000+ employees. Developed and defined processes to help streamline business needs. This included how to pay quarterly monetary awards for top inside sales representatives, educating HRBPs and managers on how compensation supports the organization, recommending ranges for offers, writing job descriptions, and approving the final offer. Supported the competitive positioning of compensation by conducting market analysis of jobs and provided compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and merit increases. Managed partnerships with external vendors to support employee recognition and engagement programs.

Designed and evolved the annual performance review process to a more continuous process, meanwhile leveraging the organization’s human resources management system (Workday) for ease of tracking across four organizations. Created, distributed, and analyzed a survey at the beginning and end of the process to gather insight on effectiveness and impact of the performance management process toward individual development and organizational objectives. Developed communication strategies to inform and promote organizational priorities and performance management resources. Served as an internal consultant supporting business units with performance consulting, developed individual capabilities through strengths-based leadership and DiSC workshops, and implemented sales competencies to 150 sales leaders in CA, AZ, and WA. Facilitated a year-end strategy session for HR Leadership in preparation for transitions regarding separating of parent organization and M&A.

Supervised a team of 14 Retail District Trainers and 2 interns to support global retail in the areas of talent development, product knowledge, and sales training. Facilitated quarterly StrengthsFinder Personal Development and Team Development session to support employees gain awareness around natural talents and increase team effectiveness. Organized and executed company events for global leadership meetings, executive off-sites, and leadership development for 10-150+ employees. Responsibilities included: scheduling, facility setup, audiovisual setup, employee confirmation, maintained trainee records, prepared and distributed training aids such as handouts and evaluation forms. In partnership with retail leaders, designed and developed a structured orientation and onboarding process aligned with company mission and culture. This included: conducting a needs assessment to identify knowledge and skills required for each level within a store; designing a blended learning program which included: instructor-led, e-learning, experiential learning, and coaching.
