With years of repeated success in high-profile marketing program management and employee resource group leadership, I've expanded my focus to include both program management AND diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) in my primary work -- and I couldn't be more excited!I've worked for large top brand companies, like Dell, EMC and HP, as well as small internet startups. Hardware, software, enterprise, SMB, customer-focused, partner-based -- my career spans the gamut. And now I can leverage 6+ years of employee resource group leadership and years of experience peer coaching and mentoring to weave DEIB into a company’s organizational culture and enable global collaboration in matrix environments, while ingraining DEIB’s business value in teams and leadership approaches.
