As an attorney and Vice President of Disability Policy and Strategy at Citizens Disability, I blend data analytics, business processes, and disability law to optimize outcomes at every adjudicative level (initial, reconsideration, OHO hearing, Appeals Council, and Federal Court). With over 20 years of experience working for the DDS and SSA, I have reviewed, adjudicated, or litigated over 30,000 social security disability claims. My previous government positions were held at Office of General Council, Appeals Council, Disability Quality Branch, and the Disability Determination Services (Disability Examiner, QA, and Case Consultant).My core competencies include disability law, data analysis, process improvement, quality assurance, project management, legal research, litigation, vocational analysis, and training. My current mission is to use my skills and knowledge to enhance the performance and outcomes of Citizens Disability and to contribute to the advancement and innovation of the SSDI/SSI field. I am passionate about data analytics, disability law, and artificial intelligence, and I am always eager and ready for the next challenge. Besides disability law, I have also handled employment issues, union concerns, and on behalf of the ACLU, I have engaged in complex state and federal litigation on civil rights and quarantine matters that garnered national and international attention.
