CurrentDefine and own the strategy and implementation of all communications and product comms for Airbnb's 5 million hosts worldwide. This is instrumental for biannual product launches and includes: initiating a feedback loop between hosts and product developers, product positioning and message testing, narrative refinement, go-to-market plans, creative briefs, creating landing pages and all other assets to achieve business objectives. Reflecting Airbnb’s values, culture, and commitments to responsible business and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Overseeing metric development, research, tracking, and targeting related to key segments for comms.
