Responsible for the coordination of all activities, outputs, and stakeholder engagement with network partners and media in the region, including NGO partners, media outlets, funders and others. Covering grant administration, monthly reporting, and assessments of the effectiveness of programming. Responsible for monitoring and assessing project activities across Baltics/Visegrad region and keeping track of ongoing political events, the information and media environment, and the disinformation campaigns of hostile states, contributing to the strategic development of civil society organisations and independent media in the region.

Course "Critical Thinking in the Study Process"

Work on setting the policy agenda for the home affairs sector. Work with local and international media. Creation of the StratCom Framework for daily use and crisis communications. Government level strategic communications framework for crisis communications during hybrid attack from Belarus and Ukrainian refugee arrival in Latvia. Fostering design thinking and creation of design templates in the Ministry. Work on the common narratives for the home affairs sector. Writing speeches and lines to take in Latvian and English. Reported directly to the Minister.

Creation of an international brand - from establishement of the Centre in Riga in 2014 until a brand highly valued and known internationally. Creation and management of social media channels (Twitter 17k, Facebook 21k, Youtube 2k, Linkedin 10k). Creation of the webpage (concept, UX) and maintaining that information is up-to-date. Work with local and international media, reports featured in New York Times, NPR, BBC, CNN, etc. Creative work on other ways how to communicate Centre's expertiese - workshops, seminars, webinars that gained thousands of listeners worldwide. Creation of the concept of "StratCom Talks" webinar series and "StratCom Podcast". Moderating events in Latvian and English. Reported directly to the Director.

Head of communication – supervision of organised events, communication materials (press releases, communication in social media, ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, updating information on webpage, project publicity plans and execution), publications (research, broschures, leaflets). Work with webpage content – www.providus.lv, www.politika.lv, www.gudrasgalvas.lv, www.socialauznemejdarbiba.lv, work on development of internet tools (www.cietusiem.lv, www.dzivotlatvja.lv)Trainings – internet tools for advocacy, campaigns, efective management of organizations, projects and communication, internet tools for efective management, NGO branding, community building. Ekspertise on gender equality: public lectures and speeches, articles and commentaries on media (www.politika.lv, www.guru.lv, www.delfi.lv), management of projects on gender equality (discussions, movies, articles). Strategic planning of social media activities (Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Slideshare, u.c.)

Project manager – identification of fundraising opportunities, writing proposals, communication with project partners in Latvia and other countries, reporting. Work with EU tenders, EU structural funds, European Social Fund, EuropeAid, EstLat, EstLatRus, Norden, Soros foundation-Latvia, Open Society Institute, Think Tank Fund, EEA grants and other.
