With an extensive sales and marketing background in the integrative wellness space, I am excited to be part of the Executive Leadership Team driving the evolution of the compounding industry with a growing and progressive suite of businesses including two 503A pharmacies, an FDA Registered 503B outsourcing facility, a research division, a CGMP manufacturing facility, and strategic alliances with a national training organization.I have three primary roles within the organization, the first of which is setting and executing the strategic direction and growth of the company by defining the medication, education, and consultation offerings integrative medicine prescribers and clinic owners need to grow their practice. Next, I set the comprehensive direct-to-provider and direct-to-patient marketing strategies. This include everything from establishing a brand position as a trusted national compounding pharmacy synonymous with quality and integrity in the hormone therapy and integrative medicine space to establishing strategic partnerships that offer our prescriber customers unrivaled education and training opportunities. Lastly, I direct the activity of our professional sales team whose primary responsibility is to support the growth of our prescriber customer’s practice through our extensive sterile and non-sterile formularies, free and paid training options, prescription ordering software, customizable educational materials, inventory management tools for pellets, and, most importantly, strategic insight.

I co-founded the first customizable integrative and hormone therapy training company with hormone therapy expert, Dr. Angela DeRosa. While she tackled the training content, I focused on creating the business structure and brand identity, developing strategic partnerships;, creating a variety of program offerings, maintaining physician relations, and developing a web-based platform for training delivery. The Hormonal Health Institute has trained nearly one thousand prescribers (MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs) throughout the country on bio-identical hormone therapy, pellet therapy, peptides, sexual wellness, and thyroid conditions. Today, the Hormonal Health Institute is the premier training solution for individuals and large corporate-owned practices and franchises seeking customized web and live training solutions on hormone therapy.

I’m proud to have been part of the original group of talent that drove the rapid growth of Wells to become a leading national compounding pharmacy in the integrative and hormone therapy therapies space. As a new and unknown business, I was tasked with building one of the first strong brand identities in the compounding pharmacy space which, in turn, helped to catapult Wells into national recognition. I had the honor of building and leading the first professional sales team in our industry that supported thousands of integrative prescribers across the country with compounded medications in the bio-identical hormone and integrative medicine space. I was also responsible for launching new business units. It was here that I discovered my passion for the integrative medicine space.
