• Manage, guide coach and develop ten Recruiters in two locations• Develop recruitment strategies and selection processes to ensure a diverse State workforce• Consult with Attorney General on State Personnel issues, and best practices• Recruits for high level difficult to fill positions

• Full cycle recruitment at multi-site locations. Acute Care/Women's Nursing, and non clinical positions from staff level to leadership. • Source and pre -screen candidates, hold strategy intake conversations with hiring managers, requisition creation, determine compensation, verify credentialing, and make employment offers. • Consistently train new Recruiters and Recruiting Specialists on applicant tracking systems, reference software, assessments, credentialing, and recruitment processes.• Collaborate with HR business partners to determine recruiting strategies and optimize retention. • Represent Centura at multiple industry events, career fairs, conferences and networking socials. www.centura.org
