♦ Extensive experience recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, testing, screening and placing candidates in job openings while adhering to Affirmative Action guidelines. High volume requisition load for exempt and non-exempt positions. ♦ Cultivate repeat and referral business through excellent customer relations and strong candidate placements at engineering, accounting, oil and gas, international transportation, software, non profit and other companies♦ Collaborate with Human Resources, hiring managers and supervisors to identify job specifications, qualifications and skill sets♦ Process applicant paperwork including background/drug screens, I9/W4 documents, E-Verify, references, ensuring accuracy and legality of documents♦ Counsel employees, on interviewing skills, resume building and client culture. Terminating candidates who do not perform to expectations
