On a daily basis I manage partner relationships and escalations from partners and internal teams. Account managers rely on my experience and expertise to finds ways to implement the partner’s needs and requirements into our own business processes and vice versa.In partner improvement projects I share my expertise and insights regarding connectivity and operations, as well as user experience and legal compliancy to implement improvements on our distribution channels in order to develop and grow.I analyse and improve processes in order to meet the distribution partners' needs within the means of our and the customer service partner team.During the 2020 pandemic I was instrumental in facilitating proper handling of force majeure cancellations with distribution partners. My main responsibility was to make sure our actions were in line with partner protocols.

I was recruited by the distribution and partnerships team of the company to support the commercial account managers and to manage the operational support towards partners.In this position I managed partner relationships, created and owned email filters, and handled escalations.I was instrumental in setting up and improving the operational part of the new distribution partner Airbnb. In collaboration with the customer service process coordinators I analysed and improved processes in order to meet the distribution partners’ needs within the means of the customer service partner team.When the commercial part of the team moved abroad, leaving the operational part located in Eindhoven, I adjusted to the transition smoothly and maintained close collaboration and strong communication with the rest of the team.

- Improved distribution partner customer service processes to help our clients more effectively and efficiently. To do this I collaborated with the distribution partner, internal account manager, and customer service. - Optimised sales by updating and improving the Belvilla product presentation on Booking.com.- Gave general partner support training to groups of colleagues joining customer service, partner specific training to colleagues joining the partner service team, and advanced in depth training to colleagues who were eligible to became partner specialists. - Provided excellent customer service to clients who booked a stay with Belvilla (now Belvilla by OYO) via our indirect sales channels.

In this position I advised people about the VGZ health insurance of 2015. By asking questions aimed at the needs and wants of the customer I was able to provide them with advise and/or answers that did not only comply with the wishes of the customer, but that were also the best fit for their budget and healthcare needs.I also processed the changes customers made to their policy directly in the VGZ administrative system. A task which required concentration and precission.

Along side the position of Consumer Service Officer I supported the marketing department with text meant for link building. These texts were not only focussed on having the right hyperlinks and keywords, but had to be informative and entertaining as well to hold the attention of the intended audience.
