Manage Senior Managers diaries and inboxesOrganise hotel and flight reservations, managers expense claims, internal and external meetings, room bookings and conference calls, plus catering and equipment as nessesary.Raise Purchase Orders (P.O's)/Invoices, cheques and keep centralised records of expenditure.Provide monthly reporting of expenditure to Senior Managers.Order and maintain In house business use devices purchasing system.To actively review, process and ensure closure of the High Usage Reports related to the roaming process.To manage the receipt of AA14's and liaise with the Data Clearing House (DCH) for information upload.To provide input into the International Roaming Services Monthly Report.To provide administration support for the International Roaming team weekly conference call, chairing the meeting on a regular basis.
