• Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-standing relationships with national and regional payer, PBM, specialty pharmacy, and IDN executives who are part of P&T, medical benefit, and technology assessment committees or influence such committees. • Engage with National, Regional, and Independent Plan Pharmacy and Medical Directors, Clinical Pharmacists, and others to facilitate market research on Market Access issues.• Act as commercial liaison to determine the feasibility of a variety of market research projects.• Act as a liaison between experts and Zitter/MMIT for market research activities.• Attend national association meetings to support marketing initiatives and identify payers to join the expert panel in a compliant manner. • Collaborate with the Insights Team to refine project scope and deliver projects on time and budget. • Manage panel vendors who provide experts that are not on Zitter/MMIT’s proprietary panel (e.g. physicians, practice managers, and patients) for selected market research projects • Assist in the facilitation and execution of commercial advisory boards through the identification of key advisors equipped to provide compelling insights • Attend ad boards where needed• Address customer service issues and coordinate action plans to address issues as needed• Follow and be knowledgeable of all laws, regulations, PhRMA guidelines, and corporate policies • Manage a team of 6
