I assist my clients in competitive pricing via a comparable market analysis, advertising through a variety of methods including MLS®, hosting open houses and private showings, negotiating purchase offers and contract contingencies, paperwork, and scheduling. I also provide home staging advice and suggest landscaping changes that will help draw buyers in. When it comes to negotiating a purchase offer, I make sure my clients get the best price the market will allow. I help them understand the contract contingencies and details of the closing process, in addition to handling all the paperwork.
