I am responsible for leading the team that developed the Center for Functional Excellence at Nestle Purina. We are responsible for the functional (hard skills) training for the associates in our Generating Demand departments. The power of this team is that we are positioned to take a strategic view of training needs across the Generating Demand departments and that allows us to maximize synergies resulting in positive programming ROI. The learning is delivered through traditional modes, through the use of Virtual Reality and other cutting edge technologies. I was responsible for setting the long-term vision for the Nestle Purina Retail Innovation Centers. The Nestle Purina Retail Innovation Centers are considered a shopper and retail global center of excellence for Nestle world-wide. In this role, I set the strategies for how we showcase our best in class insights (consumer, shopper, retail) and 5P best practices for both our internal and external business partners. The utilization of emerging Virtual and Digitial Shopper Marketing technologies optimizes our business partners experience. This translates into a competitive advantage for Nestle Purina.My current focus is against leading the physical design of our new LEEDs certified Retail Innovation Center in St. Louis. Led the Shopper Marketing team responsible for developing equity based Marketing initiatives with Walmart, Sam's Club, Petsmart, Target and Kroger.

Co-led a task force to determine the feasibility of investing in the development of Nestle Purina's retail marketing capability. My work was specifically focused against Target and Kroger. With Target, I lead the development of the philanthropic partnership between PURINA, Target and Tony La Russia’s Animal Rescue Foundation that lead to a national All Ears reading program to benefit children and their pets. Led all business development initiatives and best practice sharing for the Midwest Sales Region. Customers included Kroger, HEB, Meijer, Publix, Schnucks.

Led the Nestle and Ralston Purina Supply Chain integration for the Midwest Sales Region (Kroger, HEB, Publix, Meijer, Schnucks). Surpassed all integration performance metrics early and was able to deliver an early supply chain cut-over transition resulting in shared supply chain efficiencies between Nestle Purina and its customers.

Responsible for developing and executing customer business plans to grow sales, share and profit. My customers included Schnucks, Kroger, Super Valu and Shop N Save.

Led all business development initiatives and best practice sharing for Schnucks, Super Valu, Kroger and Shop N Save.
