Linda M. Farley is an accomplished speaker, writer, and consultant. Before starting her own training company, she had over 25 years experience with AT&T, managing sales, retail and customer service operations. She was the Zone Manager, AT&T Phone Centers, as well as National Training Manager and Staff Manager Marketing/ Personnel. She has managed multi-state operations of over 100 employees with revenue of over $16M.
