I made a career transition in March of 2018 and began my journey as a SalesForce System Administrator at Rogers Behavioral Health. I am in the throes of studying for my CSFA exam and loving the work! I finally found my calling!My previous experience includes serving in various Human Resources and Recruiting roles such as College Relations Specialist, Project Management and University Relations Specialist, HR Manager/Generalist, Assistant Human Resources Manager, Corporate Recruiter, and Contract Recruiter. SalesForce skills include: Data analytics, Salesforce reports and dashboards, Salesforce Object customization and set up. HR skills set includes: full cycle recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition strategy, project implementation and management, continuous improvement, creating/establishing processes and policies, benefits administration, employee communications, new hire orientation, employee relations, community involvement, HR consulting, metrics/data analytics and event planning.
