Led team of managers with responsibility for portfolio vision, strategy, and growth of existing and new products. Served as a champion of the customer and portfolio and provided critical thought leadership, marketing, and management expertise to accelerate growth and profitability.Selected Accomplishments:• Generated $10.0mm in incremental revenue by developing a GTM strategy focused on an “all you can eat” business offering.• Implemented subscription business model and established a set of KPIs around usage, renewal rates, and new customer signups. Renewal rates averaged 91%+, while new subscriptions sold increased 10% year over year.• Oversaw security and compliance (i.e., HIPAA, FERPA, and EU’s GDPR) and the migration from on-premise hosted to AWS cloud services.

Led innovative transformation of 90+ year shift of paper screening and assessment tools to a SaaS solution. Developed customer-centered solution from vision through concept to strategy, development, and market introduction of Q-interactive. Selected accomplishments:• Managed team of 10+ marketing, design, and sales professionals to complete marketing and communication plan, sales collateral, case studies, website creation, etc., for introduction into 3 international markets.• Established a dedicated U.S. based team to sell digital solutions by creating a successful sales kit with tools to know what to sell, where to sell, and how to sell that was leveraged in 10 countries.

Managed software product portfolio.Selected accomplishment: • Developed business plan, migration strategy, and implementation plan for three legacy systems and 100+ products into a common B2B web-based platform.• As an "intrapreneur," created vision and plan to disrupt paper business and executed a skunkworks spin-out that received approval from the C-suite and Board for funding.

Directed estimated $38.0mm speech-language and occupational therapy portfolio and led a team of 4 managers.

Managed $400mm worldwide entry-level personal computer product portfolio for consumer and small business market segments. Created global product strategy and plan for the first sub-$500 computer offering. Responsible for all GTM deliverables for APAC, EMEA, and North America.
