Developed and led the software system testing process, resources, programming, projects and documentation (Testing Process, Requirements Specification, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test Suite/Test Plans). Developed departmental policies and standard operating procedures to effectively execute the principles and responsibilities of software quality assurance (TFS, MTM).Responsible for assuring that output from the software development process includes adequate identification and interpretation of product requirements, such as requirement traceability, test requirements, and objective evidence. Reviewed product design documentation to ensure that stated requirements are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable. Assisted in generation of use cases to ensure that all functional requirements of the system are captured during the product design phase. Evaluated system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system.Recommended design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process. Ensured and monitored 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Participated in Audits and provided required documentation and objective evidence (as per 21 CFR Part 11). Worked closely with clients to ensure proper priority is given to testing the aspects of the software most used and desired by the client. Provided product demos, client training conferences, created training videos and documentation. Supported clients with their internal LMS training documentation for their internal users.
